| Abstract: | This study is about the protection of downtown Birtouta city in Algiers against floodsthat come from the watershed of Ksairia valley. After visiting the site and collecting the necessary basic data, this place was checked, diagnosed,and followed by a hydrological study to make it possible to evaluate the capacities of Ksairia valley. This diagnosis is the basis of our planning for the improvement of this valley to reduce flood phenomenon in downtown Birtouta. |
