| Abstract: | This dissertation focuses on the study of the new city in the new urban hub located in land use
plans number 15 and 16 in the municipality of Berrouaghia, in the Medea province. The objective
of this study is to design two systems: a drinking water supply system to cater to the needs of this
new city and its newly settled population, utilizing the available water source, which is a large
capacity buffer tank, and a system to convey the water from the available source to the water
