The border regions in the eastern part of the Souk-Ahras province are facing a severe shortage of water resources, primarily due to the absence of surface water and heavy reliance on groundwater. This has resulted in a problem of insufficient potable water supply, which requires reinforcement of current mobilization of water sources. Through this project, we have estimated the water needs for the study period (2053). Based on this, we have determined the dimensions of various pipelines through a technical and economic study. We have also identified the size of reservoirs and compared them to existing ones, in addition to study pumping stations and protecting the pipes from water hammer phenomenon. Finally, we have determined the project implementation methods, necessary equipment, and means while taking into consideration security and safety measures during the work. The economic study of the project resulted in a total budget of 273,560,835.69 Algerian dinars, with an implementation period extending to 560 days.en_US
