Dimensionnement du réseau d'alimentation en eau potable de la cité 3100 logements de la nouvelle ville de Bouinan (w. Blida)

Abstract

In the city of Bouinan, in the Blida province, several new residential neighborhoods havebeen constructed. However, there was an issue regarding the supply of drinking water to theseneighborhoods, including the 3100 housing units neighborhood. Therefore, we conducted study to assess the necessary drinking water requirements to meet the needs of the residents until 2053. Based on this study, we established a distribution network using a special progracalled "EPANET." However, we encountered a problem of insufficient pressure in the 15-story buildings. To address this issue, we constructed a pumping station equipped with two pumps and a waterreservoir with a capacity of 100 cubic meters to ensure adequate pressure. Finally, we conducted a project management review, which allowed us to estimate a duration of 9 months for completion and a total cost estimated at 54,429,104.41 Algerian dinars.
