dc.description.abstract	This work aims to size a hydraulic development system for the protection against flooding of the commune Akbou oued Soummam wilaya Béjaia. The object of this study is the estimation of the flood hydrograph with the SCS-CN method using the HEC-HMS tool, initially a regional hydrological study of precipitation for the quantification of the flow. Then a topographic and hydraulic study for the simulation with the HEC-RAS software. Finally, a description of the layout variants proposed in order to be able to choose the most suitable variant from a technical and economic point of view.	en_US
