| Abstract: | Initially, after an analysis of the current state of the feeding system out of drinking water of the commune of H' laimia, we judged it is imperative to carry out a refitting seeing the incapacity which this system presents in order to satisfy quantitatively and qualitatively the needs of the agglomeration. The existing network being ramified, we chose a ring main system to respond the unceasingly increasing need and improve the quality of the service. On one hand, it is necessary that a supplying system out of drinking water is well conceived, but on the other hand, it is necessary to ensure a rational management in order to optimize its operation and its lifespan. |
