Abstract

Initially, after an analysis of the current state of the feeding system out of drinking water of the commune of H' laimia, we judged it is imperative to carry out a refitting seeing the incapacity which this system presents in order to satisfy quantitatively and qualitatively the needs of the agglomeration. The existing network being ramified, we chose a ring main system to respond the unceasingly increasing need and improve the quality of the service. On one hand, it is necessary that a supplying system out of drinking water is well conceived, but on the other hand, it is necessary to ensure a rational management in order to optimize its operation and its lifespan.
