dc.description.abstractIn last times; one noticed the appearance of several diseases following the problems of deficiency which touched our environment of which most frequent are those caused by the faulty operation of the networks of allotment. The agglomeration of ELBIODH is a rural area with dispersed habitats which does not have any network of clean water; in the same way; the wells not exploited, and the increase in population supports the extent of the caused problems. The goal of our work is to project a network system of allotment water apt financing habitant of water which meets the needs corollary of the known as agglomeration.en_US
