Abstract

The proposed theme is a part of a project approved in the drinking water supply by SEAAL on securing West Zone of Algiers towards the links chain coastal / chain of heights. The link between the coastal range and channel heights is one of the widespread projects of the Master Plan for Algiers. This link will be used to feed the new town Sidi Abdellah and securing chain heights in case of loss of pumping station 1 or 2 from tank Sahel.

We will examine, after the presentation of our zone of study and the estimation of its needs in water, the conditions in which will have to be established our adduction from a technical and economic point of view.We will establish the methodology of good management and operation of the pumping station and the means of protection against the delivery lines hammer and corrosion
