Etude des performances de la station de dessalement de la wilaya de Skikda

Abstract

The major problem of lack of water,desalination constitutes a strategic option for algeria which launched a true industry of the desalination of sea waters,with an output of 2.260million m 3 /j. How ever, the construction of desalination plants is inevitably associated an environmental catastrophe caused by the vast discharge of the brine and the chemical reagents used in desalination. The objetive of this present work is to study the performances of the station of desalination by opposite osmosis,located in the industrial park of skikda and to examine the impact of this factory on the marine environment
