Abstract

After presenting the Final Design which’s cost more than 8 billion dinars and after the analyzing it and citing its various anomalies, we start to do a study to have the right variant that has the proper operation and minimum cost also. We dimension this supply, and its storage facility qualitatively and quantitatively to meet the growing needs of the population of five municipalities in the Daira of Mansoura.
