Alimentation en eau potable du nouveau POLE urbain de la commune de Hassi Mameche(w. Mostaganem)

Abstract

By this study, we aim to supply the new urban pole of Hassi Mamech (W. Mostaganem) with potable water to meet the future needs of its population. In that matter, we introduced the zone and estimated its needs as an attempt to solve the problem of insufficient head pressure in elevated areas, this was done by creating a pumping station and a new reservoir. Once that was done, we evaluated the diameter of the needed canalization to transport water, taking in consideration both economic and technical conditions, we opted for using a mesh system in order to get as close as possible to a reliable and permanent supplying mode. We did also a computer simulation of the flow through the network in order to fixe pipes diameters and to regulate pressure at all nodes to insure a uniform and stable continuous distribution.
