Etude d'adduction de la ville de Baghlia (w. Boumerdes)

Abstract

The objective of this project is to fulfill the drinking water deficit of the city of Baghlia wilaya of Boumerdes, the deficit in drinking water is caused by the insufficient quantity of water transported and the extension of the city. For that We sized a supply system (pumping station, repression pipe) and storage tanks after estimating the different needs to convey the necessary flow. The project conposed of eight chapters that illustrate the sizing of the pumping station as well as the repression pipe to the city of Baghlia, trying to opt for a more economical estimate. As well as the dimensioning of an air tank to protect the pipe against water hammer.
