Renforcement de l'adduction reliant la station SP1 Djebahia aux villes de Kadiria et Lakhdaria (w. Bouira).

Abstract

In our end of study project, we have completed the necessary steps to reinforce the drinking water chain system of the two cities of Kadiria and Lakhdaria in the BOUIRA state to fill a deficit which is assessed at 531,2l/s. After presenting the project site, we began estimating the water needs of the different categories. of users by 2050. Then, we sized the tanks and recovery stations. Followed by a technicaleconomic study to find the diameter of the supply pipes. We also studied the pumping part to guarantee the discharge’s production satisfaction, followed by verification against the water hammer phenomenon to protect the pipelines in the case of sudden shutdown of the pumps or rapidly closing of the valves.
