The cities of Ain Kercha, Ain Mlila and Ain Fakroun in Oum El Bouaghi suffer from a shortage in drinking water supply. Relevant to this, the present study aims at realizing a project of constructing a drinking water supply system from the Ourkiss dam to meet the future consumption needs of these agglomerations. After presenting our study area and estimating its water needs, we studied the storage reservoirs and the supply pipes from a technical and economic point of view in order to transport water from the pumping station to the reservoirs.en_US
