Etude de la restructuration du réseau d'AEP de la ville de Bouharoun (w. Tipaza)

Abstract

The agglomeration of the city of Bouharoun (wilaya of Tipasa) is facing many disruptions in the supply of potable water. For this reason, our study consists in estimating the water needs of the population. This will enable us to subsequently carry out a diagnosis of the two existing distribution networks in order to detect anomalies, as well as to verify whether the capacity of the existing storage tanks is sufficient until 2050. After the assessment, we judged that a renovation of the distribution networks is necessary in order to improve the quality and quantity of the city's drinking water supply up to the study horizon. Finally, we explained the methodology for laying the pipes, the organization of the worksite and estimated the cost of our study project.
