dc.description.abstractThe new urban pole ZHUN, situated in the west of Biskra, needs to be supplied with drinking water. Relevant to this, after presenting our study area and estimating its drinking water requirements, a distribution network was designed to ensure a continuous supply of drinking water under suitable conditions. The study also considered the design of the various storage structures to meet daily water needs. In order to dimension the mixed water supply pipe, a technical and economic study was prepared. Additionally, a study of a pumping station was carried out to allow pumping water to the buffer tank through the discharge line. Then, we one of the methods of protecting discharge pipes against the phenomenon of "water hammer" was studied and defined. Finally, the study discussed the methodology for implementing the project and the various means deployed for its execution.en_US
