Abstract: The purpose of our project is to supply the community of Ouled Brahim with drinking water from a water tank of (10000) m 3 capacity of El Omaria (Wilaya of Medea). This area suffers from a lack of drinking water due to the important demographic explosion as well as to the development of the living standards. This project comes within the framework of major projects initiated by the Algerian state in order to protect the water resources. The main aim of this study consists in dimensioning the adduction system (including the storage tanks, and the pumping station), protect our conduits against the water hammer and implement an action plan for the execution of the project.
