Renforcement du réseau d'AEP de la ville de Cherchell (w. Tipaza) à partir du barrage Boukerdane (w. Tipaza)

Abstract

The city of Cherchell, which is located in the western part of Wilaya of Tipaza, suffers from a deficit in drinking water supply because of the increase in the population, which calls for a water supply system to be built from the Boukerdane dam. After presenting the study area, the estimate of the agglomeration's water needs for the study horizon 2051, shows the deficit to be filled equal to seventy-seven thousand cubic meters per day. This deficit helps to size eleven adductions and to check the capacity of eleven reservoirs. Also, a selection of adapted pumps to the network was made. Finally, the bill of quantities calculation makes it possible to make a project cost estimate which equal to Seven hundred and seventy-two million DA.
