Renforcement du système d'AEP de souk El Tenine (w.Tizi-Ouzou)

Abstract

Because of the serious shortage of drinking water in the commune of Souk El Ténine. Our work includes a study on the project to strengthen the drinking water supply system of the region by exploiting the water from the boreholes of Oued Mechtras. By this note, we have carried out a technical-economic study, where we have looked for all the necessary points to transport the water from the catchment field to the storage and supply tanks, including the dimensioning of the diameter of the pipes, the capacity of the tanks, the pumping stations and their suction tanks, and finally to protect the pipes against the phenomenon of water hammer.
