The characteristic curves of a pump serve to determine the correct range for the correct operation of the pump and thus to determine whether the curves given by the manufacturer are reliable. To verify these conditions we have to install and start a test bench to construct the characteristic curves of two identical pumps 40 NVA_150_5. This facility is located close to the National High School for Hydrolics PSP laboratory. Operations and tests were carried out first on a single pump and then the various suction and discharge valves were manipulated to couple the two identical pumps in parallel. Using the readings of different measuring devices we have arrived to construct the hydraulic characteristic curves, interpret them and compare them - characteristic curve POVAL constructor and characteristic curves found experimentally.en_US
