The dune massive of Bouteldja is known as an important reservoir of groundwater able to stock the rainwater in view of the nature of soil. Unfortunately, the ground water of thelasterexploited intensively and is even overexploited to answer to supply of the irrigation for the two willayas: Annaba and El Tarf. This contributes to the quantitative and qualitative degradation of groundwater. In factthe cartography of the vulnerability of the aquifer to the marine intrusion presents an efficient tool for a good management of the resources in waters. In order to evaluate the vulnerability of the aquifer to the marine pollution,we refer to the parametric methodcombined with GIS techniques. The GALDIT method, taking into account different parameters, gives relatively similar results for the coastal zone.en_US
