The mountainous regions in Algeria hardened by a lack of water and the absence or remoteness of the purification works to treat the wastewater, because there are only 167 wastewater treatment plants which are distributed throughout the national territory, then many areas do not have access to these stations and among these areas we find the municipality of Seddouk which is not saved from this problem, then solutions must be taken to resolve it. Before finding the solution downstream it is found upstream with a conventional toilet replacement that wastes too much water in the day by a dry toilet, given its valuable assets. In this study, it was decided to define precisely what this technique and how to install it and the cost to achieve it in good conditions passing to that feasibility in the Algerian context through an investigation that was made.en_US
