dc.description.abstract	The objective of this work is to calculate the basic flow index (IEB) for our study area (Cheliff high watershed, with an area of 23,486.11 km2, using the computer program (BFI version 4.1). At first, this work aims at a bibliographic research of all the elements that make up our work and give an overview of the area studied. Then the presentation of the methodology by which we were able to reach this objective, in order to Calculate the IEB to interpret the results obtained, which brings us to determine the Base flow due to the discharges of groundwater.	en_US
