Etude comparative des méthodes d'estimation du débit pluvial urbain.

Abstract

The design of the rainwater drainage structures in an urban basin requires knowledge of the amount of rainwater to be discharged. the estimation of this flow which has difficulties in its evaluation is based on parameters that are always available namely rainfall, and soil occupation. The objective of this work is to make a comparative study between the methods of estimating the urban stormwater flow (urban basin of Ammi Moussa in the wilaya of Relizane), the methods chosen in this study are: the rational method, and the superficial method (Caquot) also the SCS method, considered as the most used in Algeria, and we concluded that three approaches give almost the same results.
