Algeria as a victim of a chronic water shortage is forced to properly manage its available water resources. Flooding events, as well as the multiplication of sources of pollution, which often appear throughout the country, show that traditional water management systems (particularly sewerage networks) have reached their limits. International institutions are currently recommending a new approach to the management of these resources by integrating a global vision of all human activities and the actors who use water within the framework of sustainable development. In this work, we have developed two categories of management: the integrated management of water resources by watershed involving all its functions (hydrological, ecological and socio-economic), and the alternative techniques relating to the management of rainwater in urban space counts given its waterproof rating.en_US
