| Abstract: | Lagooning is a biological treatment process in free cultures. Lagooning processes are the most common treatment methods when large areas of land are available. The objective of this work is to understand the purification functioning of the lagoon ecosystem, first of all, we made a bibliographical synthesis on these techniques, then introduce these lagoons, their concept, sizing, design and operation. We also gave examples and research results. |
