Amenagement d'un cours d'eau dans le bassin versant Mafragh (w. El Tarf)

Abstract

The main objective of this study is the development of Wadi Mafragh (wilaya Taref) to protect the capital against these floods. In this context we conducted a hydrological study to estimate flows. After further modeling with HEC-RAS software enabled the assessment of flood flow as well as estimating volumes overflowing and it is proposed to define the facilities enabling clipping and reduce the damage caused by these hydraulic phenomena. Hence we proposed the projection of a weir dam free threshold for slowing flood.
