Sediments accumulating in the pipelines of the drinking water supply or sanitation networks cause a decrease in the internal diameter of the pipe. This contraction can lead to the loading of the wastewater collectors as it can cause a considerable reduction in the flow of drinking water pipes. The current work aims to study changes in the bottom of the closed canalization according to the horizontal position for different periods of time. This change will be evaluated by applying the parabolic model. The evaluation of the modification of the bottom of the closed pipelines makes it possible to determine the frequency of cleaning operations and the means and methods of cleaning used.en_US
