Abstract: SUMMARY: The study of the project of purification station of RAHOUIA aims to ameliorate and improve the ecologic conditions of the province as well as the waters quality of Oued Melha. This project is included to direct water towards different regions of TIARET.These region have considerable capacities agricultural. The waste water reaches to the station by intermediary of a Unitarian network the realisation of a purification station of consumed waters with its capacity .This station is made into two phases; The first phase will permit to treat pollution due to the population of 29 000 inhabitants till 2020 horizons. The second phase consists of extension workshops. These latter correspond to an increase of the initial capacity of the station of 40000 habitants. The principle of treatment is to provide a biological purification by activated mud with an average charge.
