| Abstract: | Our study is considered as part of Algerian Agriculture development generally and irrigation particular through the realization of a small dam from SIDI BAHKTI town Butlelis Oued SLANE in order to make up the deficit of requirements out of water situated in the East of ORAN Wilaya. After a precise and complete study of the various stages "geology, hydrology, and topography), we have chosen an alternative solution, established the dam and checked its stability.
