dc.description.abstractThe dams are hydraulic structures required to store water at the end to use for different purposes, this work focuses on the feasibility study of a dam reservoir on the river GUESSER (Willaya of Setif) point of view geological, hydrological and economic, designed to satisfy the demand for drinking water and of irrigation. The feasibility study is to make a geological and hydrological study of a variant to determine the type of dam design. In later proceed with the design of the dam (height of 69m and a capacity of 46.32 millionm3), and design organizations of construction (temporary diversion, water intake, drain from the bottom). Finally a study of site organization and the impact of the dam on the environment have been made.en_US
