Abstract: We distinguish the movement of perfect fluids by the dynamics of perfect fluids which is based on the two theorems Euler and that of Bernoulli, a part of the mechanics of the fluids which studies the flows under prcharacterized by a very large velocity gradient in the direct vicinity of the walls which is defined by the boundary layers. Considering the non-uniformity of the flow velocity distribution in the fluid transport pipes caused by the viscosity of the actual fluids. By introducing two new concepts of equivalent flow velocity and equivalent mproblems of fluid transport piping with different velocity profiles can be solved through Navier stockes equasystem. Our study presents a systematic and comprehensive approach to obtain the most efficient procedure, descriterms of dimensionless parameters, for modeling pressurized water pipes using computational fluid dynam(CFD). This analysis is performed for the combination of three dimensionless mesh parameters.
