The deficit in electricity and high diesel costs affects the pumping requirements of community water supplies and so using solar energy for water pumping is a promising alternative to conventional electricity and diesel based pumping systems. Solar water pumping is based on photovoltaic (PV) technology that converts solar energy into electrical energy This dissertation constitutes a technical study of the possibility of realizing a station of drinking water pumping through using solar energy (Photovoltaic energy), we started by defining the categories of solar energy, the most important components of pumping water through using solar energy, then moving the study of the components of this system.en_US
