dc.description.abstract	Our study attempts to reveal the anomalies that the agglomeration of Husseïn-Dey -in Algiers- presents in the sanitation's field, so we could plan projects of developpement, rehabilitation and the existing water system. In order to do that we offer three sections: The first one establishes a diagnosis of the existing system. The second one provides an expertise of the same system but with an eventual extension. The last one is a functional project of developpement that we have designed for the area of our study.	en_US
