dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on the construction of a hillside reservoir on Oued Gourdjima in the Wilaya of Médéa, Algeria, aiming to improve water supply for irrigation and support the socio-economic development of local communities. It relies on a geological and geotechnical synthesis of the site, based on available data, as well as an assessment of water resources. Various design options for the dam are examined to ensure optimal stability and sustainable performance. This project contributes to enhancing water resource security and increasing farmers' resilience to climate change.en_US
