This thesis examines the reconstruction and improvement of the Sidi Khelifa dam in Algeria using Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC). The goals are to improve water management, ensure hydrological safety, and meet rising water demand. RCC is selected for its speed, cost-effectiveness, and durability. The site is analyzed in terms of geography, geotechnics, geology, and hydrology. Technical calculations determine volumes and seasonal regulation. An economic analysis evaluates the budget, costs, and safety coefficients. Spillway equipment is designed based on fluid flow laws. Construction site organization focuses on effective management, cost reduction, and ensuring quality and safetyen_US
