Environmental pollution in Algeria is constantly increasing, mainly due to overpopulation and direct discharge of wastewater into wadis, seas and oceans. To mitigate this pollution and use the filtered water for agricultural purposes, it is essential to establish wastewater treatment plants. This study aims to establish a wastewater treatment plant using activated sludge in the town of Fesdis, located in the wilaya of Batna. It aims to protect the environment and public health by ensuring effective treatment of wastewater before its disposal. In addition, the study provides for the reuse of treated water for agricultural purposes, thus contributing to sustainable management of water resources.en_US
