Interception des eaux usées de la zone sud-ouest de la wilaya d'alger

Abstract

The south-western region of Algiers (Wdi Karma) knows an important development characterized by the increase of the population which causes a significant increase in wastewater volumes. The aim of our study is to eliminate as much as possible these discharges which have been already poured into the wadi. In order to achieve the underlined objectives and based on the baseline data, our work involves intercepting wastewater and industrial wastewater from the study area and transporting it to the wastewater treatment plant, through ensuring the collection and transfer of these waters by an adequate hydraulic system which meets the technical and economic requirements.
