Abstract

The sector of agriculture in our country suffered for a long time from the lack of water because of the drought, as well as of the demographic explosion and the changes of the agricultural practices .In order to cure this lack in the agricultural sector, the good management of the resource becomes more and more a necessity. It is in this setting that we are going to approach the technique of irrigation while proposing a project of calculating capable to provide a network of irrigation in, that allows us win of the time. Moreover this program of calculation can serve like a tool of decision making help and this code of calculation is named IRRI –TECH.
