| Abstract: | The objective of our work is to carry out a study of development of the Chaabats in order to protect the city of Hammadi Krouma against the floods. The study is divided into two main parts; the first is devoted to the study of the designated area with a brief overview of the basic concepts of development, while the second is the one that deals with the development itself. After that, we suggested a realizing project in order to protect the city against the floods. Finally we determine the duration and the cost for this project. |
