dc.description.abstractThe new agglomeration of El-Karma, home to several hundred inhabitants coming mostly from Boumerdes some kilometers to the east, is subject to a great risk of flooding and increasing water pollution in proportion to people growth, causing the degradation of the environment and the downstream beach which is very visited and frequented. In this study, we will achieve an effective sewerage system that will evacuate the waste water to the lowest point then pump it up to the waste water treatment plant farther away, and will take care of evacuating rainwater to the sea, plus rehabilitating the local discharge station, without costing a fortune to realize the total projecten_US
