The aim of our work is to achieve wastewater treatment plant for BIR NAAM city located in BISKRA to protect public health and environmental risks of throwing the sewage water in nature directly and to ensure reusing purified water in agriculture. The plant will treat the water coming from BIR NAAM city and for this we have proposed wastewater treatment plant by natural stabilization lagoons because, on the one hand, this process ensures high performances at low cost, and on the other hand, the city by its climatological, morphological situation and by its availability of area presents a favorable set of conditions for the implementation of a waste water treatment plant by natural lagoons.en_US
