| Abstract: | The main objective of this study is the protection of East Dellys (wilaya of Boumerdes) against floods caused by the overflow of non-adjusted wadis "Sourbro" and "Hopital" which might cause human and material catastrophes. We have estimated the flood flows that affect our study area. In order to identify the issues, we developed the flood zone map using AUTOCAD Civil 3D.
