The goal of achieving a graduation thesis is part of the current policy regarding the management of irrigated areas of Relizane and for sure seeks to achieve consistent profitability in terms of investment ,Thus it relies on the best irrigation techniques on the one hand and taking consideration of water resource and soil quality on the other hand ,To reach this result the adaptation of an irrigation system performance and efficient is acute to get at the desired . for arrival there may be mentioned as an exemple: - irrigation drips -irriigation watering Thise two techniques are the most effective because of scientific and technological progress recorded in this area the samething that carecterise thise two techniques is the rationel exploitation of these water resource, and its valuation remains scare and expensive .
