dc.description.abstractThe risk of flooding is not a new problem in Algeria and around the world. Managing this risk is becoming more of a necessity that must involve all stakeholders (decision makers, technicians and population) to identify the current issues and possible alternative ways to mitigate the human and material damage caused by this phenomenon. In this study, we have treated case of “el khel and chemela”, Boufarik (w) Blida, in the fake of protecting the neighbouring localities from the floods. We have established the state of places and collected the necessary data to the hydrological study and hydraulic dimensionnement. According to this study, the most adequate one opts for the development evacuation for maximum flow and protection of community during floods.
