| Abstract: | The municipality of Meziraa, which is situated in Biskra has an important agricultural abilities thanks to the considerable amount of various kinds of vegetebales produced in winter. Although this region suffers from the scarcity of ground water; well water is no longer enough to ful fill the irrigation needs.
