Etude d'une retenue collinaire sur Oued Larouah, commune de Sidi Naamane (w. Medea)

Abstract

As part of the national strategy for the promotion of the water sector through the mobilization of water resources, we carried out an in-depth study of the construction of a dam on Oued LAROUAH in the city of Sidi Naâmane in MEDEA. The objective of the project is to enhance surface water for agricultural purposes. After a detailed study on the different variables (topographical, geological, geotechnical and hydrological), we opted for the most appropriate variant for the dam and its ancillary structures ensuring their stability. We conclude with site organization to ensure the smooth running of the project.
