Etude de faisabilité du barrage Koudiat Ben Aida (w. M'sila)

Abstract

Within the framework of the national strategy aimed at preserving water resource, the Algerian state works to store the largest quantity of water. Therefore, the National Agency for dams and transfers studies and builds the largest possible number of dams and small dams. We present in our final project the dam’s feasibility study Koudiat Ben aida which will be built on the Oued El Ham, in the Wilaya of M'Sila with a capacity of 45 million m3 which will be used for water supply and irrigation the downstream valley. The work will consist of a geological survey, geotechnical , hydrological and study alternatives to fix the choice of the type of the most suitable dam and appurtenant structures
