Etude d'une retenue collinaire sur oued Bouster commune de Tafraoui wilaya d'Oran

Abstract

Because of the diversity of socio- economic organization of users, water resources management is a difficult area to master especially in a complex river system as the wilaya of Oran where water stress is the source of many conflicts. Faced with this socio-economic situation, the Algerian State has decided to set the maximum hydro works to mobilize surface waters. Therefore objective herein is to do a full technical study on the Bouster river of the Municipality of Tafraoui (Oran) for the implementation of a hill reservoir, for irrigation of 12.75 ha. The work consists of a topographical survey, geological, hydrological and study alternatives to fix the choice of the type of the most suitable dam and check its stability. The study was completed by the construction organization.
